Since it's beginning in 1979 the Icecats:

.....Have played 824 games against 90 different teams in 5 different countries.

.....Played 28 of their 43 exhibition games against NCAA D-I teams. One win was.against a then .......Nationally Ranked NCAA D-I Team.

.....Have twice played teams in Europe. One trip to Sweden. The other trip to.Denmark.

.....Went to Iceland and Won the Fire on Ice Tournament.

.....Have play both Junior and University teams in Canada.

.....Have play teams from 28 different States.

.....Were ACHA D-I National Champions in 1985.

.....Have been to the ACHA D-I National Tournament 22 times.

.....Have been in the ACHA D-I Final Four eight times- '84', '86', '87',.'88', '91',.'93', '94', and '97'.

.....All of this Positive Publicity for

the University of Arizona, and

yet the Icecats have NEVER

BEEN FUNDED by

The University of Arizona.
